5 weeks

Tomorrow I will be five weeks pregnant. My journey has officially just begun. My little sweet baby's heart will start beating this week. I have already gained 7 lbs and I am wearing maternity clothes, argh. I feel like I am 3 to 4 months along. I wonder what I will feel like then? I am still working out, trying to stay in shape, and get into better shape. Geez I have been doing this for just about 2 years and still look the same, argh! Well now is not the time to watch the weight as much just keep exercising! I had my hubby get me some safer pregnancy pilates videos, do not want to take any chances with losing this little peanut! I still feel nausea from time to time, not as bad. I can go shopping as long as I am hydrated. Well, gotta go organize some more stuff around this house!

The official positive test!

I went in today to the Dr's office to confirm my pregnancy. I am so impatient! Well of course it was positive and they gave me a due date of July 1, 2006. My first appointment is at 10 weeks on Dec 2nd at 1o:30 am.

So far the kids and friends are excited for us! We can not wait!!!

My big issue right now is feeling nauseous all of the time. It is horrible! I went grocery shopping, whew I was happy to leave! It was so gross looking at all that food. Yuck! I wanted to vomit down the aisles. But I held it in and mad it safely from the store. Everything smells bad too. Everything I smell stinks, argh! I can't wait for this stage to be over. I can wait but it stinks! LOL

Thanks for reading along!

Our 1st positive test!

Yep, it is official we are pregnant! At 6:05 a.m. I ran down stairs to test my a.m. urine. I have taken 4 other tests to get negative results, so you can imagine my excitement when I saw a faint second line!

We are so excited, being our first planned pregnancy. We had the IUD removed September 12th. We decided that if we were to have another it had to be now. We are not getting any younger and the kids are growing so fast. We tried on October 2, 4, and 9th. One of them were successful, we hope the 4th giving us a better chance to have our little Joseph Allen. If it happens to be another wonderful girl, we will name her Isabelle Faith!

Being my 7th pregnancy I am a little nervous. I have only told my closet friends knowing that they will be as excited as I am. I am sure my family will be glum and upset so I will wait until after the 1st U/S to tell them. I am nervous due to the fact of my last pregnancy ending in a miscarriage and the previous had the threat of a miscarriage up until birth. She's our precious baby girl Hailey Ann who is now already 2 years and 6 months old. I am so amazed with her everyday. We have a total of 6 kids, Spencer 9, April 7, Samantha 7, Danielle 6, and Deanna 5. I already mentioned Hailey which makes six. I know you are thinking that April and Sami are twins, they are not, they are step sisters. We have a wonderfully blended family.

Jerry and I have been blessed with each other and decided to have to children together, Hailey and this one. We are so happy and pray that everything will be alright.

God will carry us through this!
